Hii! My name is Jasenya, (or you can call me senya!!) and I'm a licensed nail technician based in Safford, AZ. Nail care is my full-time passion, and I'm currently looking to add a few more clients to my schedule every couple of weeks. If you're in search of a new nail tech or simply want to indulge in a self-care day, I would love the opportunity to work with you! I promise you won't regret it! I offer a wide range of services, including regular gel manicures, luminary gel manicures, Gel-X, and acrylic full sets and fills. I also specialize in both dry and wet gel/acrylic pedicures. Please refrain from bringing any +1s to your appointment. I understand that sometimes situations arise, such as difficulties finding a babysitter, and if that's the case, just send me a message to let me know.
For the comfort and focus of all my clients, I do not allow friends or family members to accompany you in the studio during your service. Iāve tried to be accommodating in the past, but it hasnāt worked out as intended. Additionally, my studio is cozy, and I simply donāt have extra seating available. If anyone does come with you, they will need to remain in the waiting room until your service is complete.

When booking through the app, please select appointment times at 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, or 5 PM, as those are my available slots.
I kindly ask that you arrive at the exact time of your appointment. Not 30, 15, or even 5 minutes early. I schedule back-to-back appointments, so I may still be with another client or taking a brief lunch break. Your cooperation in arriving on time is greatly appreciated! Thank youu!

LATE POLICY

Please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled, and your deposit will be retained. Additionally, you will be charged 50% of the service fee, as agreed upon when booking.
I want to emphasize that I do not have the capacity for late arrivals, and I donāt mean to come across as harsh! I schedule back-to-back appointments, so if youāre late, it affects my next client as well, which can lead to delays throughout my entire day.
If you know in advance that youāll be late, please reach out to me. I may still be able to accommodate you, depending on the circumstances. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and Iām here to help!

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance so I have the opportunity to fill your spot. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Please understand that this is my full-time job and primary source of income. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to sustain my business, as the spot you reserved could have been given to someone else who was ready and eager to attend. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time!

REFUND POLICY

Please note that there will be absolutely NO refunds once your service has begun. If you experience any issues with your nails, you have 48 hours to contact me for a fix. If you choose to wait beyond this timeframe, I will not be able to repair your set for free.
However, I do offer a repair service that starts at $10 and varies based on the nature of the repair. Thank you for your understanding!
